Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Ibiza Private Villa Care. By requesting, booking or using our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Any additional or different arrangements must be agreed upon writing.
2. Services
Ibiza Private Villa Care provides property management, villa care, maintenance coordination and personalised concierge services. The scope and details of the sevices to be provided will be agreed with the client in advance. Additional services may be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional services.
3. Bookings & Paymants
All bookings and service requests are subject to conformation by Ibiza Private Villa Care. Prices and payment terms will be agreed with the client before the service is provided. Any additional services or costs will be communicated and agreed with the client in advance.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Any costs already incurred, services already performed or commitments made with third-party suppiers on hehalf of the client may be charged to the client. Any specific cancellation conditions will be communicated and agreed in advance.
5. Third-Party Services
Ibiza Private Villa Care may arrange or coordinate services provided by trusted third-party suppliers on behalf of the client. Where applicable, the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier will also apply. Ibiza Private Villa Care is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality of work delays of independent third-party suppliers, except where required by applicable law.
6. Liability
Ibiza Private Villa Care will perform its services with reasonable care and professionalism. Ibiza Private Villa Care will not be liable for damage, loss, delays or additional costs resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Acces to the Property
The client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property when required for the agreed services. Keys, access codes, alarm information and other security or access details provided to Ibiza Private Villa Care will be handled with appropriate care and confidentiality and used only for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
8. Confidentaliality
Ibiza Private Villa Care will treat all information relating to the client, the property and its occupants as confidential.
Such information will not be disclosed to third parties except where neccesary to provide the agreed services, with the client's consent, or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Term & Conditions and any agreement between the client and Ibiza Private Villa Care shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection to our services shall be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules regarding jurisdiction.
